Character arc

While held under custody in the 39th Division he was visited by exotic Selkie dancers of the Naughty Lady's Gentlemen's Club. They knew about him because he'd gotten drunk and assaulted the dancers when he visited the club. They seduced and hypnotized the police officers with their dancing and broke Zephyr out of the station. They then took him to a parking garage, hung him to death, chopped off his right hand, cut off his hair, and extracted some of his body fat.

It was later found out that this was done to create a Hand of Glory out of him by the selkies, so that they could recover their pelts and be free from the Bunyip, Kobe Ah Ket.

After the selkies retrieved their pelts and were freed from indentured servitude, Dyson and Bo covered up his murder and Zephyr's death was ruled a suicide.

Personality

He is very violent and once beat up a selkie named "Crystal" really badly.

He's also a vicious killer.

Zephyr is Russian.
