Season 5

  • The premiere of Season 5 in Canada on Showcase will be on Sunday, December 7, 2014, at 9 p.m.
  • Although Syfy (U.S.) did not issue an official press release announcing the renewal for a fifth season, after the broadcast of the finale episode of Season 4 the episode was followed with an announcement that the series would return in 2015. Syfy programming is a Fall-Winter-Spring-Summer schedule and based on past history, Season 5 should premiere in January 2015.
  • Production on Season 5 has been extended to include three additional episodes. The final season will be comprised of 16 episodes divided into two parts: the first eight episodes begin December 2014, and the second eight episodes air in Fall 2015.
  • Principal photography ended on October 1, 2014.
