The Bracelet was given to Bo by Ryan Lambert at her birthday party. It has inherent powers; among them a shield Bo used when she was being attacked by Sadie, the Afreet.
Ryan explained to Bo that the engraving on the inside spelled "R-E-L 12-3-42". He later disclosed that the bracelet contains a chip which alerts him when Bo is within 50 feet of him.
