The Boraro is a South American folklore of Colombia. It is a humanoid creature of the Amazon with feet turned backwards so that he can ridicule his hunters, making them believe from tracks made that he had gone in a different direction. It is said to terrorize the indigenous people from the region of the Vaupes river.[1] <Spanish language source only>
