The Amphisbaena has a humanoid head and torso on one end of a gigantic snake body and a giant snake head on the tail end. An Amphisbaena is a wish-granter.

Engelram was an Amphisbaena and when he picked a "lucky lady" at one of his lavish parties he would grant her deepest desires.

Trivia

Amphisbaena is a mythological, ant-eating serpent with a head at each end. According to Greek mythology, the amphisbaena was spawned from the blood that dripped from the Gorgon Medusa's head as Perseus flew over the Libyan Desert with it in his hand. This early description of the amphisbaena depicts a venomous, dual-headed snakelike creature.
